Faulty, damaged or not as described
Our products come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something arrives faulty, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, email info@boscoandco.com.au with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it or refund you in full, including postage.
Change of mind
We’re happy to accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by you, and we refund the item price once it arrives back with us.
For hygiene and safety reasons we can’t accept change-of-mind returns on:
- treats and food;
- opened grooming products;
- personalised or made-to-order items.
Wrong size?
Email us within 14 days and we’ll swap it for another size if we have one in stock (item must be unused, and you cover the return postage).
How refunds work
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Square, usually within 3–10 business days of us processing them.
