- Standard (Australia Post): $8.50 — free on orders over $100. Usually 2–10 business days once dispatched.
We pack and dispatch within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Personalised and made-to-order items take up to 7 business days before dispatch.
Australia Post may “safe drop” your parcel if you’re not home. If you’d rather they didn’t, add a note when you check out.
Please double-check your address at checkout — parcels returned for a wrong or incomplete address are re-sent at the buyer’s cost.
Free Click & Collect
Choose “Click & Collect” in your cart. Pick up from Barnsley (Newcastle, NSW). We’ll email you when it’s ready — usually within one business day.
Pickup is from Barnsley NSW 2278. We’ll send the address and a time with your ready-to-collect email.
