WHAT COUNTRY ARE WE BASED IN?

We are Australian based with our headquarters in NSW.

DO OUR ITEMS INCLUDE TAX?

Yes, all our products include 10% GST tax.

MY ORDER IS TAKING LONGER THEN EXPECTED TO ARRIVE. WHAT DO I DO?

HOW CAN I SPEAK TO SOMEONE ABOUT AN ISSUE?

We do not offer over the phone customer support at the moment. Until then, please contact us at info@boscoandco.com.au 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ITEM?

Not all of our items offer tracking. If your item does offer tracking, you are able to track it by going into your order confirmation sent to your email > View your order > Track order with Arrive > Enter phone number > You'll receive an SMS with instructions. 

HOW CAN I LEAVE A REVIEW?

After you have received your items, you can go back to the item listing on the website and write a review in the reviews section. 

DO WE HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE LOCATION?

No we don't have a shop front, we are an online store however we welcome wholesale opportunities

 DO WE OFFER DISCOUNT?

Discounts are at the discretion of Bosco & Co. In the case of category wide discounts some exclusions may apply.
Bosco & Co only permit the use of one discount code per purchase. Multiple discount codes cannot be applied to a single item.

 CAN YOU PRE-ORDER A ITEM?

Arrival dates for Pre-orders are expected arrival dates. However, due to the possibility of delay, or circumstances out of our control, Bosco & Co cannot guarantee availability by the expected date.

Please note that when purchasing any Pre-Order items with other items from our store, your order will be shipped as a single package once all items are available.  

HOW CAN I USE A COUPON CODE?

You may have been given access to a coupon code through a sale, one of our staff at Bosco & Co, an event or through winning a competition. To use the code, add products to your order and when you checkout there will be a box that says 'Coupon code'. Type the code into the box and press add.

Some coupon codes cannot be used during sale times or on already discounted items.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

 We accept payments via PayPal, After-Pay (Australia only) and credit card. Credit cards accepted include Mastercard and Visa.
