We are really passionate about ensuring every doggie has their opportunity to experience our products and grooming range. Ideally, we are seeking partners and/or stockists to help us spread our message and share our products with the world.

What we are looking for is a partner that shares our values and who is also determined to ensure the success of our products.

Enough about what we want... in return for the above we will support you with supply of our products at our wholesale supply pricing structure. Whilst we reserve the right of full control over the wholesale and retail pricing of our Bosco & Co products, we will always consult with and support our partners through any changes as we build and grow our brand.

By purchasing under our Partner Program, you agree to these conditions. Please read them carefully.

When you purchase as a stockist you accept and acknowledge the following:

- Excludes any online sale items or gift Packs.
- Excludes shipping – Shipping costs will be calculated upon quotation. We use Australian Dollars
- Post (Domestic & Worldwide) You are welcome to arrange your own courier or shipment.
- Items will be processed/dispatched once the issued invoice is paid.

If you have existing logistics contract. Please advise during request for quotation.

PRICING
You agree to sell all Bosco & Co products at the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) as listed by Bosco & Co You will not sell any products below the RPP and doing so will entitle Bosco & Co to terminate this or any buyers/purchasing arrangement you have with Bosco &Co

RISK OF LOSS
All purchases of physical items from Bosco & Co are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title forsuch items pass to you upon our delivery from our carrier to you.

TITLE OF OWNERSHIP
Ownership is not transferable until all products supplied by The Bosco & Co are paid in full. Bosco & Co reserves the right to ownership and title of ownership until such time that all physical goods supplied by Bosco & Co are paid in full by you.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BOSCO& CO. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANYINDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE SERVICE OR ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT OR MATERIALS INCLUDED IN OR MADE AVAILABLE AS PART OF THIS AGREEMENT. THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION

WILL NOT LIMIT OR EXCLUDE LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY THE SERVICE, BOSCO & CO GROSS NEGLIGENCE, INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT,OR FRAUD.

EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HERE IN, BOSCO &CO MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO YOU ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO SUPPLY OF GOODS OR SERVICES UNDER THESE SERVICE TERMS WILL BE LIMITED TO THE SUMS PAID BY YOU TO BOSCO& CO UNDER THESE SERVICE TERMS DURING THE THREE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE TIME THE CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE. I HERE BY WAIVE ANY FINANCIAL LOSS OR PHYISCAL LOSSOR DAMAGE CLAIMS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE DOGGIE BALM Co. BE LIABLEFOR ANY LOSS, ALTERATION, DAMAGES OR NEGATIVE PUBLIC MEDIA.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Not withstanding the foregoing, Bosco & Co will correct,for no additional charge, any defects in workmanship of any supplied productwithin 30 days from the date you received the product. This 30-day warranty isnot an admission of any liability and is only valid after evidence of the comprised product has been supplied to Bosco & Co the issuing of any refund is the at the complete discretion of the Bosco & Co. We will only refund the product purchase (shipping is not included). Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the product issued is faulty on receipt. Photo of damaged product will be required.
